Why this exists
Operational resilience is not a new discipline. But the tools and frameworks developed to address it were built for large enterprises — organisations with dedicated risk teams, compliance budgets, and access to specialist advisers.
Most SMEs do not have those resources. They also face many of the same risks — supplier failure, operational disruption, regulatory obligation — and increasingly, the same scrutiny from enterprise clients and procurement teams.
Operational Trust was built to provide a structured, credible, independent review at a scale and price that works for the organisations that need it most.

No remediation sales
We do not sell the fixes. A review practice with a remediation arm has a structural incentive to find more gaps than exist. We remove that incentive by design.
