Why this exists

Operational resilience is not a new discipline. But the tools and frameworks developed to address it were built for large enterprises — organisations with dedicated risk teams, compliance budgets, and access to specialist advisers.

Most SMEs do not have those resources. They also face many of the same risks — supplier failure, operational disruption, regulatory obligation — and increasingly, the same scrutiny from enterprise clients and procurement teams.

Operational Trust was built to provide a structured, credible, independent review at a scale and price that works for the organisations that need it most.

The result is one product: the Operational Trust Review. Fixed scope, fixed fee, written output. No upsells. No ongoing retainer by design.

What we are not

A cybersecurity SaaS platform
A certification body
A managed service provider
A software vendor
A law firm or regulatory adviser

We conduct structured reviews and produce written reports. That is the whole product.

How trust is earned in this work

Independence

No remediation sales

We do not sell the fixes. A review practice with a remediation arm has a structural incentive to find more gaps than exist. We remove that incentive by design.

Consistency

Structured method, every time

Every review follows the same method. Not because structure is comfortable, but because it produces comparable, auditable outputs that third parties can rely on.

Transparency

Clear about what we are not

We are explicit about scope and limitations. The report is not a compliance certificate, not a legal opinion, not a guarantee. It is an independent assessment. That is what it says.

Proportionality

Sized for the organisation

A 15-person logistics firm needs different recommendations than a 200-person fintech. Reports are written for the organisation in front of us — not copied from a template.
