Operational Trust connects experienced resilience practitioners with SMEs that need their expertise. If you work in operational resilience, business continuity, or NIS2 compliance — we would like to hear from you.

An honest statement of intent

Operational Trust launched in May 2026. The methodology, materials, and client pipeline are in place. What we are building now is the delivery network — the practitioners who will lead reviews.

We are not recruiting employees. We are looking to establish working relationships with experienced individuals who want to deliver structured operational resilience reviews to SMEs — either alongside existing practice or as a new strand of their work.

If you register your interest, we will share the review methodology with you, discuss how we work, and — when a review is commissioned in your area — ask whether you would like to lead it. There is no obligation on either side.

What a review involves

Engagement lengthOne day on-site, plus preparation and report writing.

Who we are looking for

Profile A

Business continuity practitioners

CBCI-qualified or equivalent experience. Comfortable running structured walkthroughs with SME directors. Interested in a repeatable, well-scoped engagement format.

Profile B

Operational resilience consultants

Experience advising on operational risk, supply-chain resilience, or NIS2 compliance. Looking for a structured product to deliver alongside existing consultancy work.

Profile C

Experienced operations leaders

Former COOs, operations directors, or heads of risk who have built resilience programmes from the inside and want to apply that experience in an advisory capacity.
